They said they have to wait for more mail ballots to be delivered.

They can’t count what they don’t have.

In NV their votes can be counted through the 10th. Now that I read it again I see that they say there are left to count mail in ballots received on Election Day, so I think I was mistaken to say they’d counted everything that had come in.
