Old guy 1: Did you vote yet?
Old guy 2: Not yet. Went out yesterday, but theyre closed on Sunday I guess.
Old guy 1: I always vote in person on Election Day. Say, did you see the DOJ authorized the military to use lethal force against U.S. citizens?
Old guy 2: What? They did what?
Old guy 1: Yeah, they reissued a directive that now lets the kill Americans, Ill sent you the link.
Old guy 2: Do.
So I went home and did a little due diligence. Theyre referring to a particular directive that was simply updated a week or two ago, its part of normal, routine updates that government documents art subject to, and nothing in the document authorized what they claimed. But te DOJ still had to issue a denial.
I guess maga-ville is losing its mind over this, the timing close on the heels of Helene, and a few weeks before the election. Unbelievable how ready they are to believe this shit.

Basically if the assistance is going to require lethal force (e.g. a police department confronting a militia) it requires approval of Secretary of Defense before deployment.

P.S. What was implied was simply what their orange Fuhrer wants for himself, and he has said to in no uncertain terms.
