I'm currently reading (re-reading actually) "The Fourth Turning Is Here" by Neil Howe, and I'm actually extremely encouraged by it. Yes, things are going to get a whole lot worse before they get better, but better they will get. And yes, it will be at least five, probably more like ten years before this is finally over, but it will be over.
