(5 posts)Mississauga Mayor Carolyn Parrishs Nelson Mandela comment continues to go global. One does not simply forget somebodys character.
During the 2024 Mississauga Mayor election run, Ward 7 councillor Dipika Damerla publicly stated, Carolyn Parrishs worst enemy is Carolyn Parrish and Damerla also referenced Parrishs, racist and discriminatory comments, and called her divisive. Dipika Damerla posted, Every time she speaks, she embarrasses herself, and Mississauga deserves better.
However, Mississauga Ward 3 councillor Chris Fonseca has accused Dipika Damerla of violating City Code of Conduct, poor governance, lacking integrity, undermining councils decision, instilling hate and anger and misleading Mississauga residents. - General Committee Meeting May 8/24 - (Public Information)
If Carolyn Parrishs worst enemy is Carolyn Parrish, then Dipika Damerlas worst enemy is Dipika Damerla. Where is Mississaugas integrity commissioner? Perhaps, Mississauga needs another election in 2025 with new candidates to govern with proper leadership.
