The turkey is in the fridge, ready to be cooked. Most of the fixings have been purchased. This year, I said screw it and put up the Christmas tree, decorated and strung lights on the house even before Thanksgiving. I'm also going to be shopping up a storm come Black Friday. If it's true that we're all basically on the Titanic, then I support any member of the band who wants to play while the ship goes down. It's a hell of a lot better option than sitting around on your hands worrying about Donald fucking Trump and letting that dumb bastard spoil your holidays.

I’ve got 18 fruitcakes soaking in Capt Morgan’s. I’ve got most of the outside Christmas decorations put up. I’ll have that finished tomorrow and then I’ll start on the inside. I’m going to a Friendsgiving Thursday. A lot of them are musicians so there will be lots of music. If the Who’s can do it so can we.

I know a Trump voter who's 100% okay with Trump and his plans for mass deportations - while hiring his undocumented immigrant neighbor to do all his landscaping because he's too lazy to do it himself. What kind of effed up hypocrisy is that?
