Elon, here you go again making false and completely unfounded accusations without providing any specifics. Thats the kind of response one would expect from a conspiracy theorist. What oligarch? What treason?

I do run a nonprofit foundation. The HereRightMattersFoundatiom.org to help Ukraine defend itself from Russias unprovoked attack on Feb 24, 2022. I served in the military for nearly 22 years and my loyalty is to supporting the U.S. Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

Thats why I reported presidential corruption when I witnessed an effort to steal an election. That report was in classified channels and when called by Congress to testify about presidential corruption I did so, as required by law.

(4,870 posts)Vindman was a commissioned Infantry officer and received a Purple Heart for his wounds in the Iraq War. A patriot, serving his country. unlike Elon and Trump who only serve themselves.

(998 posts)Some lawyer that can win a judgement in the 100s of millions of dollars judgement against Musk, along the lines of what E. Jean Carroll won against Trump and Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman won against Giuliani. That amount may be chump change for him, but he will notice it nevertheless.

Article III, Section III of the US Constitution clearly states that only Congress can try and punish one for Treason. You, Col. Vindman, DID NOT commit Treason in the true sense of the word or the US Constitution.
I doubt seriously Elon Musk actually knows what is in the US Constitution.

(5,785 posts)That treason has a very particular meaning in the Constitution
The only way that anyone should consider support of Ukraine treasonous would be if they were an enemy, Or in other words, if you were so far up Putin's ass that you considered the US to be allied with Russia and Ukraine the enemy.
But I don't really expect seriousness from him. The dude is clearly smart but he is entirely lacking in Emotional Intelligence. He is so immature that everything is game. Life is like one big dude-bro competition in middle school bullying. Now that he feels that he has been granted the power of the US government he is just upping his "game" to use more official language in his idiotic taunting.
It is the primary reason that I find him to be so unsuited for the DOGE role. Effectiveness, knowledge and conflicts of interests aside, he is simply too emotionally immature to be handed that kind of power.

(213 posts)When you are worth that amount of money, it is very easy to find a corrupt Judge, or Legislator, which possibly means that anyone trying to sue him would have a difficult time winning any case brought. That is the reality we live in now, since we have a corrupt SCOTUS, Congress, and 1/20/25 we have a corrupt White House. That is not counting the American & foreign oligarchs that have bent a knee to HIM.

(2,063 posts)Using it with Musk as in Mx. Musk sounds repetitive, so maybe using it as Mx.K would work.
How about it? Can we use Mx.K in reference to the one assuming the role of the First Lady without really being a lady? Will the tabloids treat him in the same way as they did Michelle Obama and question his manliness?
Finally, Mx. can sound like mix or muhx. And youre more likely to hear it spoken aloud in the UK than in the US, as the term is more widely known and used there
