(3,829 posts)1. I remember Mr. Block's caricatures of Nixon in the 1960s.
He always drew Nixon's face having a five o'clock shadow, symbolic of Nixon's shady character.

it's true, youngins! I as a teen; a liberal NYC'r read it in 1967 onward till it changed, and for the liberal columnsists: Hamel, McGrory, Breslin & Buchwald.

Starting with his "anti-communist" leanings in the late 40's, and ending with his resignation.

the deaths of 10s of millions of his own people. It wasnt Western propaganda it was real.

And he uses his heat vision to roast Stalin after Stalin shows how callous he was.
