Support the Scientific Integrity Act

Representatives Paul D. Tonko (D-NY) and Senator Brian Schatz (D-HI) have introduced the Scientific Integrity Act (H.R. 1709 and S. 775, respectively), to protect scientists and their work from political corruption.

If you want to support this legislation you can call (202) 224-3121 with your zip code to be connected to your elected officials. Or you can visit https://centerforinquiry.org/alerts/tell-congress-to-suppor-the-scientific-integrity-act/

must supply all data to be used for policy. This is a result of a policy change under rump, knowing that that rule eliminates all research that must abide by government ethics rules. That leaves only industry research to be considered for policy.
