Post formatting has been restored

After DU was vandalized by a hacker, we had to remove post formatting while we rewrote some code to make it more secure. Post formatting has now been restored. The following tags will work:

You can use these via square brackets, or the buttons on the post form.

The reason is that it requires user input to be translated into HTML, which is the vector that is insecure.
