A Texas woman has pleaded guilty to threatening the federal judge who oversaw President-elect Donald Trump’s criminal case in Washington that accused him of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election results.

Abigail Jo Shry on Wednesday entered a guilty plea to one charge of threat by interstate communication, according to court papers. Court papers filed last year alleged that Shry called the chambers of Judge Tanya Chutkan on the US District Court of the District of Columbia and left a message threatening to kill anyone who went after the former president. “You are in our sights, we want to kill you,” Shry allegedly said in the message.

Chutkan has been presiding over the high-profile criminal case against Trump since last year.

Shry also threatened to kill Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-Texas), who died in July after a cancer diagnosis, all Democrats in Washington, and all people in the LGBTQ community, according to court filings.
