What do you have to offer for occasions when you're stuck behind a really bad driver in a no-passing zone? Any gadgets for that?

13. I was the third person in line trying to make a left turn at a stop light last night. After two light cycles where the

lead car just sat there, not even going into the intersection, my frustration boiled over and I had to start laying on my horn at the third green light. Due to my valiant efforts, the car finally moved into the intersection, and we all got through.

But the bad driver in a no-passing zone? All you can do is express yourself and wait 'til it's over.
