I live in Western Washington and spent quite a bit of time there this summer. Got my year-long pass so I intend to go back often ...its huckleberry season I need to go to the mountains right now!!

(53,410 posts)I like your choice of simple subjects and serenity. Its evocative of a deep appreciation for nature. Of the pleasure of seeing it, of being in it. There is an innocence there thats incredibly appealing.

(53,410 posts)Your brushwork is what makes it really quite good. I look at other things rather than subject. The talent comes through in the wielding of the paint. Your did a good job on brushwork! Actually, its better than just good.
