It works really well. It has no color so it doesn’t change the underlying colors, and it blends them very nicely.

Of all the veggie drawings I did the lettuce in this one worried me a little. I thought maybe it wasn’t one of my best depictions and I worked on it a lot. Now you made me feel more confident. Thanks!

and I've been abstaining since it isn't packaged. So your gorgeous lettuce wss sort of a virtual fix. And it really does pop! I really admire your talent.

I wish I could buy lettuce so vibrant & filled with life as what you have depicted. Very serious!
