(32,100 posts)The Nation magazine was a favorite of my husband's. They used to organize conferences on cruises for members. In December 2012 we joined one, that coincided with his 70th birthday.
Joan Baez and Chris Hayes were both panelists on our cruise, and she agreed to give a concert just for the attendees of The Nation conference on board. I took this shot when she allowed people from the audience to use cameras before she started performing.
Memories and music together are so powerful.

(152,299 posts)Obviously, we have a 2 story home. The upstairs hallway is open to the downstairs living room. A series of upright milled wood stakes divides the space. I held my camera between the wood stakes to get this photo.

(93,070 posts)I have three pictures and can't decide which I want to use.
One is of a live concert with two of the artists, another is from the same concert with three musicians and another is from a private gathering with several musicians. All are good shots. I haven't looked at current submissions yet, maybe that would help.
