Really, Walker?

With your historical and Constitutional insights, show us where they apologized.

My reading of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights indicates that African Americans were considered less than "whole" human beings. Did you ever hear of the 3/5ths of a person bit? Also, blacks were not given the vote until decades after the founding of the U.S. This is from Wikipedia:

Black men were given voting rights in 1870, while black women were effectively banned until the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
