X-Post: Lawsuits hold up Hawaii election certification

Lawsuits hold up Hawaii election certification

(Associated Press) 11/27/2020: — Certification of Hawaii’s presidential vote (is) being held up...by two lawsuits...

(A) woman...said she ran for president as an independent but wasn’t on the ballot...The state...(d)ismiss(ed) the case, saying (she) lacked standing...because she was not a (qualified) candidate...

Another complaint, filed by...a group of voters called Klean House Hawaii, challenged the results of the Nov. 3 general election and the Aug. 8 primary in their entirety...because the state’s new all-mail election law is invalid...

Can't find any updates after 11/28, and now that New Jersey and Missouri have certified, Hawaii is the lone outrider. Can any "local" DUers help?
