This is a move in the right direction

With the now well-established Kauai electric co-op offering their support, the Big Island should be able to have control over the electrical system. Kauai has already distributed thousands in rebates to consumers, and the cost of electricity has come down. We need local management not beholden to shareholders, and not a bunch of overcompensated executives.
