My little back yard floods even with moderate amounts of rain. And the ground is already saturated.

Nothing has a chance to dry out anymore between rain days. I have a balcony with indoor/outdoor carpet that can never dry out. And the back porch below is is always a mess from rain and wind-driven crap.

I feed them on my back porch. They know that when I start moving their food bowls toward the interior wall, bad weather is coming.

they are pretty smart. they know the wife feeds them and i take them to be fixed. guess who they like best?
