Heart Butte basketball team refused service

CONRAD, Mont. - Family and friends are reacting after a video making the rounds on social media appears to show a Town Pump employee refusing to let the ladies basketball team from heart butte, buy snacks from the gas station in Conrad.

It happened late Thursday night when the bus carrying the basketball team was on their way home from the district tournament in Conrad.

They made a quick stop at a Town Pump convenience store before hitting the road.

“So most of the girls were laughing about something and then all of the sudden the guy behind the register starts yelling and telling us to be quiet and shut up,” said Heart Butte basketball player, Jusde Big Head.

occurred to me that a native community was being mistreated.
