MT-HD02: HD 2 Democrat candidate John Driscoll talks campaign, growing up in Miles City
MILES CITY — John Driscoll, the democratic nominee for one of Montana’s U.S. Congress seats, swung by Miles City to chat about the time he spent living in town as a child.
Driscoll, 77, lived in Miles City with his family during his childhood from 1951-58, living on Cottage Grove Avenue.
According to Driscoll, he remembered really enjoying his time in Miles City, saying how family oriented everything was and how it really left an impression on him throughout his life.
Driscoll went to Sacred Heart grade school before his family moved to Hamilton where he went to high school. He got his bachelors degree from Gonzaga University in Washington and his Masters at Columbia University School of International Affairs in New York.
