Gov. Stiff Requires Public Groveling from the Oklahoma Arts Council:
The Governor of Oklahoma requires a public expression of appreciation to him personally in order for Oklahoma a artists and arts organizations to receive relief from a taxpayer funded relief program. Applicants MUST send letters of appreciation to to Gov. Stitt, "carbon copies" of the letters to other local politicians AND participate in the Govenor's social media campaign. This is essentially holding needed relief funds hostage in for purposes of stroking the Govenor's ego and generating personalized media coverage for the most partisan reasons.
Apparently Gov. Stitt requires Trump-like loyalty where every policy question has his "what's in it for me?" requirement enshrined above it.
