Gov Lee refuses to waive high stakes school testing in wake of tornado

Fake Christian Bill Lee once again shows his true lack of compassion and decency. Failing the test would cause 3rd grade students to be retained in the same grade next year.

3. Yeah because letting them go from grade to grade is such a good idea.

There are kids who literally can’t read after graduation. Can you believe that? This is a great start to preparing our students for their lifetime of learning. If you don’t get the basics, you may as well hang it up.

They should have learned to read in first grade, but the public schools are more interested in Christian propaganda these days

do? They have to find a way to teach them and if it means repeat the grade, maybe that is the best thing to do for them. It won’t be any better in fourth grade.
