Wisconsin has a highly partisan State Supreme Court.
Above that court is the 7th Federal Circuit Court of Appeals.

On Friday, SCOTUS appointed Justices for all US Federal Courts.
Wisconsin is now stuck with Barrett, who is not likely to provide normal Wisconsinites with a fair or impartial appeals process.
I see the new census-based voting district maps to continue to be more gerrymandered than any other state.
