(2,778 posts)I used the stuff extensively when building a teardrop trailer. Every screwed joint was also reinforced with Gorilla snot. In eight years and thousands of miles of blue highways, there's nary a squeak to be heard. Everything is as tight as the day I built it.
Of course, I did discover that you have to wear gloves when using it. It turned my skin black and leathery for weeks after getting it on my hands!

(1,533 posts)That said, they have their purpose. Quick, easy, fast, low strength applications. Waiting for Gorilla glue to cure while making decorative froo froo crap would be a waste of time.
If you need it to hold together strongly, Gorilla glue is a much more appropriate choice.
