(51,122 posts)Since installing Yosemite, whenever I start Safari I get the beachball for about 30 seconds or so for no apparent reason.
There have been no updates to Safari. Hopefully there will be a fix.

(10,291 posts)if you do that and restart safari (from restarting the mac) every last window you had opened will reopen.

(1,805 posts)I "upgraded" Yosemite on my MB, but couldn't stand it (looks like Windoze to me), so I've yet to do it to my iMac. It might offer a lot under the hood, but it is just so ugly. I did find a free program that at least made the dock look more like it did in Mavericks. Guess I'm too picky, but I just can't stand angular shapes. What, if anything, have any of you found to be an improvement?
