to enhancing your Google Ranking, you should be aware that most common search engine robots ignore off-page content, such as meta-tags like Keywords. Although, most still do index the Description meta tag contents. Keywords are pretty much useless unless your are on an Intranet with a proprietary search engine (such as SharePoint).

Title, Description, Page Content and URL are very key to search optimization.
You should even consider having pages redirect (HTML Response Code 301) to specific pages in order to create higher result rankings.
