That is a binary string. Could be code, could be data. If it is code, it would depend on the machine you are trying to run it on.
All that text could be a segment of source code. However, at a quick glance it look more like the gibberish you would see on a screen in a Hollywood movie. I suppose it could be some CSS fragment for web pages.
