What I see is, mostly, big stocks have all the volatility while lower quality stocks are stuck in the mud. Markets like this flush out the dregs and reward quality.

2. S&P 500 back below the "bear" line, 20.3% below its Jan 3 all-time closing high

It had closed above the "bear" line in the previous two trading days
