ForGod's sake people, this is not Spam! I am trying to tell everyone what I know. Have you ever seen the movie China Syndrome? DON'T be like the ostrich with it's head in the sand. Learn what is going around you you every day in the collection business. Quit starving yourselves and you family because of them. You have to display your credibility. Posting a vanity link to your livelihood, no matter how relevant, isn't the way to go about it on DU.

Just say what you are about and stop trying to make sales. You will do better in the end, not just here at DU but over most of the internet.

I've got an idea. Instead of hawking your pamphlet, why not write out an OP clearly and succinctly stating your arguments? Then we can, you know, comment on what you wrote?
