Speaker of the House “MAGA” Mike Johnson and his fellow Republicans added the environment to their extensive hit list yesterday. They’ve passed a bill to both terminate fish restoration in California’s Central Valley and compel Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland to deem it complete when it isn’t.

1. I watched earlier his remarks on they call themselves Christians

Doesn’t the Bible charge us to care for the land? Why, yes..it does. If Speaker Mike says he lives by the Bible then what about the environment? Psalms 65..take care of the land and water it.make it fertile..rivers of God are full of water..grain grows because you make it grow. The first is Genesis 1:28..God charged man to be stewards by blessing Adam and Eve to “be fruitful and multiply” and fill the earth and subdue it..have dominance over the fish and birds and living things on earth. There are many more that apply to this “fishing scam” and it needs to be called out every time he tries to pass ridiculous laws on environmental, health care, help for children or whatever. He wants to jam his religious views on our laws..call him out. Jmo
