Copenhagen bike city
In Denmark practically everybody rides a bike, and in 2008 bicycle-friendly Copenhagen was named the world's first Bike City by the International Cycling Union, UCI.

(1,788 posts)1. I moved from Denmark around 5 years ago
and I still look over my shoulder, not my mirror, when I make a right hand turn. Once I went to make a turn, used my mirror and almost hit a dude who was in my blind spot....never again. I even brought bake a bike from there...so much more comfortable than the bikes here

I was impressed at the numbers of bikes--and the fact that so many of them were left outside without being locked up and were still there the next day.

It's on the bike behind the seat, by the back wheel. It works well, I lost the key to mine, though...Oops
