On page 133 of that report it shows that while 29.3% of Cyclist are killed at Intersections, that raises to 61.8% of all accidents if total injuries are counted.
Of Course you have to read the report carefully, when it comes to the cause of the Accident on page 136, 48.1% of the accidents no cause was known, and the rest shows various problems, but NOT if the cyclist or the driver was at fault.
