Recently, the United States made the first steps toward seizing $300 billion in Russian assets. Since the start of the invasion, that money has been frozen in Western accounts. But soon it may be possible that the United States, the European Union, and others will outright confiscate it. This video examines the complicated politics that go into the decision.
