lost some friends.

But I gained me. It doesn't feel like a big deal after 20 years
but I love, love feeling in control.

None of my friends were as big of drinkers as I was. It seems like heavy drinkers have friends who are drinkers, and that's just about all they have in common. So when they lose them as friends, they' really aren't losing a whole lot.

haven't quit, but cut WAY back. BP is now normal, weight is where I was at in high school (lost 30 lbs.) and cholesterol is 109. Worth it...
