Believe it or not, I've NEVER made one. But we have quite a bit of tuna and plenty of egg noodles.
I'm going to serve it w/ steamed broccoli and sliced tomato.
Ice cream for dessert (of course).
Dad had BLT with fries.

(19,023 posts)once in awhile. I use the miracle noodles (no carbs) and add some peas or mixed vegs. I make my own cream sauce with almond milk to cut a few more carbs out.

Not hard to make, most time dedicated to preparation.
