Going with salmon tonight, in the air fryer. Deviled eggs, steamed broccoli.

I miss the honey mustard packets I used to bring home from work to coat my salmon in, so am going to try to recreate it. It was just Ken’s dressing, hopefully there is a copycat recipe online. And hopefully I have the needed ingredients in the cupboard.

Dessert: Rainbow Sherbet. Been enjoying the heck out of it!

We’re at my mother in law’s, finishing out the holiday weekend, (she recognizes Easter Monday). I had sent her a box of steaks from Allen Bros. for Christmas so I’ll grill those.

Mashed potatoes, Brussel sprouts and a green salad.

We had a big lunch so we might forage for leftovers later if either of us gets hungry. Or not.

No I am regrowing from stalks I buy. Super easy! Just plop the cut stalk in about an inch of water. Keep the water changed regularly and you will have roots starting in about a week. My local Asian produce market sell their stalk 4 banded. So I use two in my soup and get those growing after.
Have about 6 stalks in various stages right now. I need to harvest soon and see if it keeps regrowing in dirt after I cut it back to use. I suspect it will as it is technically grass.

but the stalks I saw looked fairly beat up, so I decided not to buy them. However, I will pick some up as soon as I find some because your instructions certainly sound do-able.

I've read up on starting from seed and apparently the seed route seems a bit fussy. I will try both.
