Are you getting water packed or the aseptic pack tofu? Maybe some from local maker?

I stir fried veggies & tofu that had already been "crisped" to a golden brown. Asparagus, orange pepper, and scallions. I used a garlic naan.
It was so delicious. I love tofu.
Hibiscus tea, iced.

I've been seeing a spate of twice frozen tofu recipes lately.
