PJ's Coffee offers several cold and hot coffee options as well as tea and energy-boosting drinks. Its food menu ranges from the popular New Orleans beignets and other pastries to breakfast and lunch sandwiches.

Plus it's a big facility, too. Over 2,000 square feet, which is big for a coffee shop. They are making quite an investment in that area.

and I didn't even want to take the time to make anything, so I'm having cold meatloaf with mayo and Vidalia on 9 grain/seed toast.

Cold mint tea.

and coffee

Between the oppressive heat, and worrying about Dad and Al,, I haven't had much enthusiasm for food lately. That's why I haven't been around much.

We had some rain come through in the last couple of days, and I managed to muster enough ambition to make a real dinner. That's why I had leftover rice to work with.

Dad's b-day party tomorrow, so today I have to bake a cake. I usually enjoy baking so let's hope it stays cool enough for me to enjoy it today.

hot now for the past couple weeks and no break for next week either. We are worried the heat will burn up our garden. We may get some much needed rain overnight tonight. Fingers crossed 🤞.

Happy Birthday greetings to dad!
