Chile Lime Salmon with Mango-Avocado Salsa. It was pretty easy to make, outside of peeling and slicing all those mangos.

Pineapple tangerine kombucha.

Dessert: a couple miniature Dove chocolate bars.

Seventy-four degrees today, so I got a lot done in the garden. Bought lots of elephant ears and put them in containers.

1. Leftovers ham, beans and cornbread.

Chocolate chip ice cream later.

2. Gumbo, Making Use of Leftover Andouille and Italian Sausage and Remains of Beer-can Chicken!

I can hardly wait, although there is yet the matter of diligently prepping the holy trinity of bells, onions, and celery.

And what about that roux!

3. Stir Fry with Cod

Have a bag of frozen stir fry veg: sugar snap peas, peppers, broccoli, green beans, yellow squash, water chestnuts (it was on sale last time I was at the store). Will use sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, and maybe ginger.

Trying to decide if I should do a very light, seasoned flour coating on the cut up cod.

6. grilled trout, green beans sauted squash and onions.

fruit salad with fresh peaches, pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and mandarin oranges.
The dressing made from the pineapple juice and 3 tablespoons of sugerfree jello vanilla pudding.
