I'm posting early due to a dental appointment. The Thai Coconut Chicken soup that I made 2 days ago. Turned out really good and will be even better with more time for the flavors to blend. Cilantro sprinkled over the top.
Asian-style cucumbers in mirin. Cucumbers are from my garden.
Peach kombucha.
Dessert: Small piece of sweet cake I bought at the Hispanic grocery store. I intend to put yogurt over the top and fruit, too. Cup of tea, dark Chinese.
I might experiment with grilling acorn squash slices tonight. I want to marinate them in orange sauce and use them for a salad tomorrow.

and I don't feel like cooking. I found an avocado, leftover tomato from lunch's BLTs, and some Korean chicken we grilled yesterday. Mixed the tomato and chicken and stuffed them into the avocado.
