1. This kind of abuse needs to go to SCOTUS

This is a clear abuse of Fourth Amendment rights.
Everyone so abused needs to be made fully whole, receive reimbursement for their direct and indirect costs and get apologies from the officers and departments involved.

2. A right is right, how simple is that?

Section. 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.
