Felony Forgiveness

In Oregon, you can shoot someone with a gun (assault with a deadly weapon, certain manslaughter definitions) and have that felony conviction expunged after ten years but if you grow 1 marijuana plant that felony stays with you forever.

The actions of a moments stupidity or the stupid hierarchy of legal precedence should not be a lifelong punishment. True rehabilitation is a non-issue with victimless crimes.

The criminalization of race through government to control society at large is due cause to consider that defendants often take plea bargains to trumped up charges and that felonies are used not to adequately define crime but to manipulate the populace through state control thereby requiring a civil action towards relief of past felony records.

Do you support true felony forgiveness of victimless crimes?

We have a fucked up system that keeps minor offenders disenfranchised for ideological reasons, political pandering, profit, and group-think/rage. While corporations, the well connected and the wealthy get a slap on the wrist.
