Amazing mind-reading math trick.

For as long as I can remember, I have loved math tricks. This one really works! It will take you only about ten seconds and, amazingly, it will reveal your all-time favorite movie.
I'm pretty good at math, so I did it in my head, then on paper, and finally
on a calculator just to confirm my mathematical calculations. Each time I
got the same answer, and sure enough, it IS my very favorite movie...EVER!
DO NOT cheat. DO YOUR math, THEN compare the results on the list of movies at the bottom. You will be AMAZED at how scary true and accurate this test is:

1. Pick a number from 1-9.
2. Multiply that number by 3.
3. Add 3.
4. Multiply by 3 again.
5. Your total will be a two digit number. Add the first and second digits together to find your favorite movie (of all time) in the list of 17 movies below:

Movie List:
1. Gone With the Wind
2. E.T.
3. Blazing Saddles
4. Star Wars
5. Forrest Gump
6. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
7. Jaws
8. Grease
9. The Trump Resignation Speech
10. Casablanca
11. Jurassic Park
12. Shrek
13. Pirates of the Caribbean
14. Titanic
15. Raiders of the Lost Ark
16. Home Alone
17. Mrs. Doubt fire

... Now, isn't that something?

and I still want Trump Resignation Speech as a reality show. I even checked my numbers with my accountant, who Paul Manafort also uses, so I know I did it right.

...where n is between 2 and 10 inclusive. Such multiples always have the sum of their digits equal to 9.

[(x times 3) +3] times 3 = (3x+3)times 3 = 9x +9 which is divisible by 9.

Any number you choose you will get a number divisible by 9.

If you chose 1:

9(1)+9 =18. Add the digits together and you get 9
9(2)+9 =27 2+7=9
9(3)+9=36 3+6=9
9(4)+9=45 4+5=9
9(5)+9=54 5+4=9
9(6)+9=63 6+3=9
9(7)+9=72 7+2=9
9(8)+9=81 8+1=9
9(9)+9=90 9+0=9

If you add the digits of any number together and they add up to 9, the number is divisible by 9. Same goes for 3. If you add up all the digits and they are divisible by 3, the number is divisible by 3.

Math was never my best subject - but I was able to do this in my head! And I thought it was clever!
