Looks like a flycatcher of some kind. I enjoy the way s/he hovers around the suet feeder instead of just landing on it while feeding. Quality isn't on par with some of the other images posted here but I'm evolving and the lighting will be better in the Spring/Summer.
I'll be glad when the spring comes and the tree behind the feeders leaf out and give me a darker background.

(14,559 posts)I did find several flycatchers and based on the bill shape and overall build it looks like a flycatcher of some kind so I'll take your word for it. I'm located in North Texas just north of Ft Worth and I found a few that winter here.

Yellow Rumped Warbler hovering up close and loud! A little chirp each time it arrives and takes off and the whirl of its rapidly flapping wings. While not able to sustain hovering like a hummingbird, the effort this warbler puts into eating with a certain style is truly admirable. This video is of just one lovely bird that found the suet feeder and would spend the entire day in the tree taking quick hover flights for a bite to eat.
