2. I just want to say....

First, great photos. I adore owls, with Barn owls and Barred owls being among my favorites (but I really love them all).

That said....there is an Eagle Owl. It's a real owl. There are no "chief" owls. I'm just saying.....

3. I agree..take a look. Number 6 are protected n not far from where I live.

They’re small n soo cute. People look out for them b/c the builders/developers aren’t happy having to change their plans n sometimes resort to cruel tactics.

4. They are adorable

They are not native here and I've only seen them in the zoo. They are absolutely adorable. We have cute little guys up here called Screech Owls. You can mimic their call and sometimes they'll anawer.
