Twice a peregrine falcon landed on our deck railing. I got a picture, but it's not that good. They are so beautiful! Our deck is a flurry of activity with all of the birds, squirrels, rats, and chipmunks. We have a wooded lot behind our home.

Btw Peregrine Falcons are an example of something good in environmental management
in that the banning of DDT has helped their #s come back up.
