Over 140 years of winemaking tradition - in South Dakota

We love wine tasting when we go traveling, but didn't expect to find a place in South Dakota. We were even more surprised to discover the history of Prairie Berry Winery goes back five generations! I hope you enjoy our video of this unique place.

I wouldn't say they have "great" wines on par with what I've tasted in Napa or Willamette in Oregon, but they are quite tasty. If you like wines that are on the sweeter side, they are worth checking out.
