Something tells me ...
...I got a heart and it must've been a little fairy.
This means a lot to me since I could never afford one. We po' folks cannot do a lot of things om DU since we cannot afford it. I am just glad I can do what I do on DU 'cause DU knows that we need a voice too. Most of all this heart tells me that, as a disenfranchised activist who knows few heed what is said by the poor, whenever I write about poverty, somebody listens.
Whomever you are, thanks from the bottom of my own heart!

Why Syzygy
(18,928 posts)I am planning to make a small donation before the hearts are over.
But I cannot afford to give all the sweethearts I would like to give.
I'll just have to do that with my heart
I cherish each and every heart I've received. Whoever you are, know that I truly appreciate your gift.

(29,414 posts)I do have some money to spare, and love it when DU makes this day (and any others) available
OGR's site helps to spread that wealth directly, too, and I'm grateful for its existence
Why Syzygy
(18,928 posts)a little spare change this month. But it has all been scooped up by an immediate need computer issue.
I'm grateful I had the $$$ to make it happen.
I'll have to catch others on the flip.
