☦️ I was led to gift a young fellow of a department store my

Orthodox+Celtic cross. He mentioned it last year the first time we met. He's a cashier. Second time we just visited when he rang up my purchases. Last Thursday I had to return some online purchases. Asked C/S if he was still with them. Yes. He's due in at 5:30. So I shopped some and going to a register, who's coming in but "T". He recognized me then got behind the counter and proceeded ringing up my stuff. I held out the cross and asked if I could gift it to him. He already knew its design. I removed it, handed it to him and he put it on. Then he said his ancestry/heritage was Scottish! It was not inexpensive with the silver chain, but I knew it was meant to be. We had a holy moment that renewed some of deficiency in my spiritual life.

I was trying to find an image of an Orthodox/Celtic cross. This is the best one I could find, that really was true to both cultures.

I did first ask if he would accept it.

This happening/exchange renewed my faith that has been on shaky ground lately.
