A creator god violates the law of dependent origination, which is that everything, all phenomena, come into existence based on previous causes and conditions. So if there were a creator god (which there isn't) what were its previous causes and conditions? Who or what created the creator god? God is merely a projected concept. My dog thinks I'm his god.

7. there's a lot of illogical dogma in religion

Some of my favorites are 1) virgin birth. Now there is a lizard in New Mexico, the whiptail lizard, that reproduces asexually. The female lays only female eggs. There are no males in the species. And I guess there are some ant and bee species that reproduce asexually. But I don't know of any mammal or bird species that reproduce asexually. So the question is, where did Jesus get his male chomozomes?

2) How did Jesus change inorganic material, water, into organic material, wine?

3) How did Jesus escape earth's gravity without a rocket or oxygen supply to ascend into heaven, wherever that is.

4) Where did Mohammed get the winged horse Barach to ride up into heaven, wherever that is.

I sure would like to have a winged horse. Do you think one could win the Kentucky Derby. Wow now that would be something, wouldn't it?
